Our Recommendation for Nexus Darknet

Always use Monero (XMR) for Nexus Marketplace transactions. Its built-in privacy features are the only way to ensure your payment cannot be traced back to you. Bitcoin without additional mixing is not safe for darknet transactions — modern chain analysis tools can often de-anonymize BTC transactions years after the fact.

How to Buy Monero (XMR) Privately

01

Use a P2P Exchange

Buy XMR directly from a person using LocalMonero (now closed), Bisq, or Haveno — decentralized exchanges that don't require KYC. This is the most private acquisition method.

02

Buy BTC First, Swap to XMR

Buy BTC on any exchange (even KYC), then use a non-custodial atomic swap service like TradeOgre or an XMR DEX to swap BTC for XMR, breaking the trail.

03

Send to Your Own Wallet

Always send XMR to a wallet you control before depositing to Nexus Marketplace. Recommended: Feather Wallet (desktop) or Cake Wallet (mobile).

04

Deposit to Nexus

Log into Nexus Marketplace via Tor Browser, generate a deposit address in your account wallet, then send XMR from your Feather/Cake wallet to that address.
